I am a designer working with web standards to create highly usable websites. Most recently working for Forward in London and for Vodafone in New Zealand.
Originating in the UK, after three years in Auckland my family and I relocated to Melbourne in 2010.

A quarterly email magazine using a mixture of core and local content across 12 markets in Europe. Mailed to over a million customers and prospects, the campaign creates brand warmth and awareness of the Ford product range.

Tesco Opticians
An ecommerce website for Tesco Opticians, the largest retailer in the UK. The site sells contact lenses, adding a great deal of complexity to the specification of the product and the buying process, but the user experience is kept simple by mimicking conventional ecommerce behaviour.

This weekly email sweetens information about planned transport disruptions with details of weekend events. The events are targeted to use unaffected areas of the transport network, and to promote off-peak travel.

A division of the huge US retailer Sears, Manage My Home provides and extensive range of tips for diy home maintenance. This regular email was successfully pitched to add an element of inspiration to the communications programme.

A leader in the digital print market, Xerox wanted to increase customer feedback and targeting of their magazine.

This website was pitched to the multinational retailer as part of an integrated magazine and website communications strategy. The account remained with the incumbent agency.
